This well balanced Ugandan coffee comes from the Nyabirongo community and has been sourced from smallholder farmers from the southern part of Rwenzori. Processed at the Agri Evlolve Coffee station where the cherries were soaked for 48hrs before being moved to the drying tables. The result is a complex natural with and notes of berries, chocolate and an enjoyable acidity balanced with it's natural sweetness. We love working with Agri Evolve who are a social enterprise, profit for purpose business who work with farmers in Uganda, improving crop yields, increasing income and generally working to improve the quality of life for the farmers and their communities.
