We are really pleased to be able to support our friend Henry Gomez who runs Tatama Coffee by choosing this coffee. Henry is a fourth generation coffee farmer who grew up on his family farm Finca Alto Bonito, situated in the beautiful mountains of Santuario, Risaralda. Today the farm is run by his brother Jorge and Henry brings special lots not only from Alto Bonito but also from members of Asocafe Tatama a collective of smallholder farmers. We are always impressed with the amazing quality of these coffees. This coffee is a fantastic example of a complex Colombian coffee.
